My mum and I had a fantastic time at the ham man, the ladies were very polite and gave wonderful massages and baths. I truly felt reborn. The place is very well managed and maintained. They ensure to keep the areas clean and sanitized.
The staff communicated with us via whatsapp and sent a pin which made it very easy to find the Hammam via Google Maps.
I’m glad we were able to have this experience

I had an absolutely fantastic time here. Everything was super clean, well organized, and the staff were very kind and professional. The whole experience — sauna, steam bath, deep peeling scrub, foam massage, relaxing deep tissue massage, facial mud mask, and hand scrub — was done perfectly. You can really feel they know what they’re doing.

I left feeling completely refreshed and relaxed, and my skin has never been this smooth. They even gave free juice, herbal tea, and cake at the end, which was such a nice detail.

If you’re visiting Istanbul and want to experience a real Turkish hamam in the best way possible, this place is a must.

This was hands down one of the absolute best massages I have ever received! They were so courteous and my skin feels like it’s so brand new after all of it. This was my first experience with a “Turkish “hamam and it was amazing. I’m not sure what could top this. The steam bath after the steam bath was invigorating! My muscles were so sore before and now I’m ready for a good nights sleep! I would highly recommend this place. It was a great experience! I hope to do it again before I leave. This was just a picture of the after care they provided. You will not be disappointed!

I decided to spontaneously get an appointment in the very late evening (I think around 8 pm) and they could offer me that immediately. But also you can book via WhatsApp or on the side at the entrance.
The staff is very friendly, professional and speak English very well. But they only take Euro (but cash or card is both possible). You can lock up your things (so don’t worry about that 😁). The rooms are very beautiful and clean and smell so good! Then the massage - oh Lord! - the masseuse managed to use the exactly right pressure, not too soft and not too hard. It didn’t feel like that rushed as people say here and they also didn’t „force“ me to tip (but I tipped voluntarily, sooo).

Most amazing experience. A highlight of my stay in Istanbul. Staff very friendly. I had the VIP package. Tina was my therapist and she was excellent. My skin feels so beautiful and it was very relaxing. Loved the whole experience. Highly recommend

Oh my gosh. This was the very best body work experience I have ever had! Mina did a beautiful job with my foam massage and my regular massage. She is small but mighty. Had I known about this place and Mina before, I’d have been here every day. Highly recommend!!!

Nice experience!! You will have a 'car-washing' feeling but with little bit massage. The scrub is brilliant, it helps to get rid of my tiredness. Love it. You should try it.

Amazing experience thanks to Jumuna, Mohammad, Stella. Amazing price for money compared to other places, everyone was so kind and attentive and just made the experience great for me. I will recommend to my family and friends and will definitely be back. The place is so beautiful from the inside and the treatment was great also. Thank you!

Luxurious unique experience. I felt welcome, safe, and comfortable from the moment I walked in. It was my first time trying a Turkish bath, and it turned out to be a truly memorable and delightful experience. The massage was thorough and unrushed, hitting all the right spots. I’ve visited Sultan Suleyman Hammam twice, and both times were amazing. From the warm welcome by Mohammed at reception to the excellent care provided by Damanta, Bikash, Jit, and Dhan, everything was perfect.

The hammam is clean, beautifully designed, and full of traditional charm. The team is professional, respectful, and truly skilled. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and grateful for the experience.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic and luxurious hammam experience in Istanbul!

My experience was really good! I took the Hamman plus package. Everything was quite relaxing. Sauna, steam, scrub, bath and relaxing massage 10/10. I would highly recommend Turkish Hamman if you are in Turkey. Because without it your trip is incomplete.
The lady who gave me service was Aisha. She was really good and also so humble and friendly. Her massage was really relaxing. The receptionist demanti was welcoming and sweet.
And then you are treated with after tea a s cake too.

First time trying a Turkish bath and it is comfortable and relaxing. It is inside Golden Royal Hotel, small but clean and hygienic. it is about 10 mins walk from Hagia Sofia or Blue Mosque. I love the hot stone bed and the messuer, they bath me as if I am their children. overall good experience and reasonable price as for a traditional turkish bath. Free juice, tea and snacks.

An absolute treat! The experience is second to none. I love a Turkish Hamam followed by a massage and this place did not disappoint! Clean and efficient.
This is my second visit this week. Best present to myself for my birthday.
The staff are friendly and accommodating. I had the deluxe package which they kindly reduced slightly for me… 15 mins sauna, 15 mins steam, then lie on a hot marble slab and all the dead skin gets rubbed off then painted all over in clay. After this I was shrouded in hot soapy bubbles and massaged all over. Not a part of your body is left out. Face massaged. Hair shampooed and conditioned and then rinsed off.. I was then Taken for an hours full body massage and 15 minutes reflexology, face mask and hand scrub.
I feel like I’ve been reborn!! My skin is soft and feels wonderful.
My first therapist Winnie was strong and intuitive and left me feeling so relaxed with all the tension gone from my body.
My 2nd therapist sita was also very good.
This place is smaller than some of the other large and more ornate hammams ( also they are more pricey) but the outcome is the same if not better.
I would highly recommend a visit and will most certainly return next time I come to Istanbul.

I visited this place towards end of March 2025 with my wife. We travelled from Lindon. This was just a lucky find through an agent. We chose the Sultan service and paid €65 per person. The entire experience lasted 90 minutes plus and had three components so for 15 minutes, steam bath for 15 minutes scrub foam and massage for half an hour and further massage for another half an hour it was a very private service for me and my wife so we enjoyed the privacy and the experience would highly recommend the service for the price. It is absolutely excellent. The place is located very centrally within the old town and the Services offer pick up and drop off as well. Try this for sure.

Magnificent hammam! I received more than I expected. Sauna, hammam, peeling, foam cleansing with massage on a warm stone table. And after another half hour of a wonderful massage from head to toe and then a clay mask. Finish your relaxation with delicious tea. Thanks to this heavenly place! I recommend!

We had the sultan VIP program, it is very complete and delicious in each service, also is possible to have this together with your partner, that was something difficult to find for us and was totally worth it 🙌🏼

I had a couple service here, it was amazing, it was private the staff were super kind and helpful. I strongly recommend it for couples and privacy. We had 2 therapists a man for me and a woman for my girl. We get the sultan package i am very happy with my choice. You need to pass from here guys.

Absolutely fantastic experience of having such lovely pampering session, that includes sauna , full body massage and on the top of this theraputuc treatment is a face mask! This generously offered combination has definitely rebusted my energy , exactly what I needed after long day of walking along Istanbul's streets and tiny roads.

Positive experience the scrub and foam massage is done on a marble bed. The massage was done very well on a traditional table including a face mask and salts on the hands at the end of the treatment. The skin was very smooth all this with the Hamman plus program for €60

Thank you Damanta for the lovely welcome and tour of the Spa facilities and the lovely Winy at the Sultan Haman who provide the service, soft but firm hands would love to come back if I have the chance in the future. I opted for a couple service we did everything together and was never apart except for changing.
Very hijab friendly, all services within steps of each other didn’t bump into other guests even though my husband did keep a look out everything went smoothly.

I loved the Turkish bath, the foam massage and the hot marble stone. The first part was great.
I liked the massage less: pressure much too strong, not very pleasant.
We were given a clay mask which was not removed. We were let through the waiting room with the mask on our faces in front of the other hotel guests.
The end of treatment left something to be desired, no explanation. We were just left like that without informing us that it was over.
This is why I do not recommend body and face massage. Do only the Turkish bath massage with foam and marble stone.

I booked the deluxe package which in total lasted 2.5 hrs this included sauna , steam room , scribed and washed , clay body mask, foam body wash and a full body massage my therapist was called winny and she didn’t a fantasíc job start to finish. Really enjoyed every part of it and came away feeling very relaxed. The spa is very clean , and there was no waiting between treatments. Didn’t feel rushed at all. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice experience, they are very professional.
We were very well received, it is very clean. Foam baths on hot marble.
We did it as a couple, together, a male masseur for me and a masseuse for my wife. TO DO with your eyes closed, a treat.

On my Honeymoon and this was the best experience I could’ve ever asked for and I feel like a completely new man.

We got the sultan experience but honestly for 10 more, definitely would recommend the sultan vip experience. Whole experience takes about 2 hours total with the included tea.

Everyone was super friendly and they make sure to check in multiple times to make sure you’re comfortable and having a good time.

Can’t wait for my next visit back!

It was really great. They picked me up on time and I got there a bit early but they asked me to change straight away, which is awesome coz I don't have to wait. Their changing room is well equipped with lockers to put your things. I got into the sauna right after I changed and the best part is I'm alone and there's no other clients, which is really great! The sauna room, steam room and bath area are in one big room so my privacy is ensured. My masseuse, Winnie was really great and she adhered to my needs as I'm a bit small and tiny so she didn't put too much pressure but just nice. Everyone was great and friendly. I would really recommend this hamam! I took the Sultan package, it's just for 1 hour but it feels like more than that.

From pick up to drop off, it was 3 hours of bliss. Could not be happier that we found this one in particular.

We picked the “Sultan Program” option, and it was perfect. My boyfriend and I were able to do the entire treatment together which made it so special. I read some reviews from other companies that couples were separated. It was so nice to be able to enjoy the experience together.

The convenience of being picked up and dropped off at your hotel was a great touch. When we arrived, we were given shorts, slippers, and a towel for me to cover the chest. Then we were led to the dry sauna which was piping hot. After which came the steam room which opened the sinuses with eucalyptus. Then came the scrubbing and foam massage. One must experience that for themselves. My skin feels amazing! The massage, face mask, and hand scrub were soooo relaxing.

I will definitely be recommending this Hamam to my friends. Best experience in Turkey so far 🧖🏽‍♀️🧖🏽

I can’t believe I never had a Turkish Bath in my life before! Where have I been in the last 50 years? What an amazing experience. Tina and Baden were wonderful and so professional. The whole staff was so caring and nice. Our guide suggested the Sultan for our Hamam and we are so pleased we came here.
